hi all
one of my main concerns about the gh2 is about how to monitor audio while recording...
i'm using a beachtek dxa-6 connected to the gh2, powering a shougun mic and sometimes using wireless mic
i use to plug everything, record something and then replay the file in camera, looking for noise or something extrange... yeah... wtf ¡¡¡
so, during a record, i cannot hear anything ... this is far away from professional, and very risky
i have hacked my gh2 and, re-reading vitaly words about the hack i found this:
Earphone jack:
There is no earphone jack at the GH2.
Sound goes over HDMI during recording. - good.
any positive feedback about that? how to do it? any way to do hdmi > earphones?
i 'm really interested to hear... from you, and from the gh2
rogar-BigGrin(DBG)
(i was planing to buy a dat, but is not the best moment and, for what i 'm recording now, gh2 sound will do the job... if i can hear it ¡¡¡)
ps. the last i have read is that av-out do not output sound while recording, right?
