GH2 hack settings

I updated my gh2 with the following hack: Driftwood GOP1 AQ1 220M Smooth as F*ck Quality Limiter <br>-
For Motion. No P frames JUST PURE I frames!

I did some tests. The image looks pretty good. Do I need to change any of the settings in camera. I want to shoot in 1080 24p. It currently records AVCHD files. Are these the right settings for this hack? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I guess what I mean is that the camera shoots in AVCHD or MOV (jpegs). Which mode do I want to be in when using this hack? I assume AVCHD, right?
