This is just a before and after test of some shots from a project that I was working on.
I am still learning how to use Davinci and am by no means an expert when it comes to Grading. It feels like I can push the hacked footage a little bit more then before.

I used Driftwoood's 132m GOP3 AQ2
 
Wow. That's sweet. I haven't looked at the full length piece yet but I assume that is fully corrected. Question. Do you need additional hardware to run the software? I noticed on the company's website that there is a free "lite" version, but I'm not sure if it requires other cards. I'm going to look into that issue later.

Wow nicely done and you're well on your way to Davinci mastery. I like that crisp but not overcorrected look. Some colorists today just go way too far.

I felt that every single shot in that was SIGNIFICANTLY improved and many were fantastic! Some of your corrections really drew me further into the scene A LOT, not just a little.

Good investment obviously.

To my knowledge you do not need any special hardware. I do have a CUDA video card but its not mandatory, my rig is unable to do real time. The main limit on the free version is you can only use 2 nodes.

Thanks! I am really trying to get a somewhat natural look. There are still a few mistakes on my part, but thats whats nice about doing a before and after video you can really see what could be better.

Also it makes you a way better shooter.
