i really want to see that 80% slow mo thing and how it works if it increases framerates and keeps res or downresses.

yeah the 80% slow motion would be a nice thing to have in-camera, i wonder if you shoot 720p 50/60fps and apply the 80% slow motion, then crank it down in post would you get 160%?
or what FANNY said about how it goes about making it happen.

the fact that the 3D lens only shoots still photos and not video is a bit crap, i never knew that until yest. is 3D just a gimmick or is it actually good? i've heard some people liken it to magic eye pictures, some people get it and some people don't.

live view? is that live view while recording? or live view pre recording? i'm never sure how these guys cleverly word things.

i like the paint job, its that sort of black shinny speckles stuff, i wasn't too keen on the GH1's matt finish, it looked nice but i didn't really like the feel of it... i know that doesn't really matter but hey.

looks cool but time to forget it and make do with my GH1

could be youtube compression?

need the original, bit early to jump to conclusions.

Yes, in 1080p I saw it

Yes, in 1080p I saw it

try wathcing it in 480p on 15.6 inch laptop at 10ft, it looks great.:Drogar-Thinking(DBG

Guys, remember the video is recompressed by youtube. You can't say if the original video file had that mud.

+1 on that pan at 1:48 looking really weird - had to watch it several times and still can't put my finger on what's going on. It's like the fine horizontal striations of the rocks and the foliage are somehow blending together.
