GH2 GH2 files and AVID import not working, why again, why?

Hi all

Media composer 5 used to import the GH1 files

Now I am trying to do it with the GH2 files, and got the error "this type of MPEG is not supported"

This is so so so annoying, I am converting the files since last night...

Any idea?

Anybody knows if the 5.5 version of Avid solve this?

And if not, I need a recommendation for a fast edit software for windows, sometimes I don't want to import all the materials in 2 days process, when the project is fast and simple.

i had to update to a 5.03.2 patch i think, and then i managed to import GH2 files.

I will upgrade to 5.5 (I have free upgrade plane as a student)

Works great with version 5.5

This is not a free upgrade for customers that are not with Academic version.
