GH2 Exporting in Vegas Pro

When exporting in 720p60 for youtube avchd format, what are the best settings in vegas? i've had results i'm happy with before so i have a good idea, but i feel like it should look better, i want it to be as close to the original quality as possible.

For vegas and youtube, I'd definitely use Windows Media Video. It seems to be the most efficient exporter available in Vegas, and also doesn't have any chance of colour shifting when uploaded to YT.

10Mbps 720p60 should do it. I'd ignore any VBR settings, and just go with CBR, or CBR 2 Pass.

I've been really happy with the Sony AVC / AAC - just a standard high quality mp4 that maintains quality and plays back on anything. I usually set it to one of vegas' Internet presets for HD.

I am the master ninja youtube encoder of much heightened power. I actually have the top spot for "clearest encode ever" search on google and youtube. Trust me. Use the Sony AVC mp4, set it to cabac HIGH profile, and don't BOTHER with setting it to 60p cause youtube will put it to 30p ANYWAY so you are waisting all that data on dumped frames when you could be using it for clearer frames less compression. But, don't set it to 30p either - set it to 29.976 1280 x 720,progressive, cause you really shot at 59.94 not 60p.
Now set it to 44,1, 128 bit. For 720p probably 10,000,000 will due... but if you want to and have a fast upload connection set it higher. I do 20 mbit for 1080p so
for 720p 10mbit should be fine - but... you have 6 more frames every second.. so more like 12mbit.

would it be correct that if you are recording at 17 mbit (GH2 1080i) there is no point in encoding higher than 17?
