Gh2 Cinema Mode on Green/Blue screen?

I've shot greenscreen using 3200k lights with the GH2 in24p mode. I can't say I'm very happy with it. Usually, I'm very tolerant of the GH2's shortcomings with regard to the codec, but the truth is I found it very hard to pull a good key with a very even, properly exposed greenscreen. Hard edges are fine, but things like hair? Forget about it.

Gotcha, I'm thinking of just shooting against white paper. Would a blue screen be any different, even if my subject is 5-6 from the screen?

Can you post some footage and let other people take a crack at it? I have had decent luck with the GH13 on green screen but the GH2 tests I shot I accidentally shot 720p and haven't had a chance or needed to do more tests yet.

I've shot GH1 and 2 with green screen. Cinema 24p mode is def better, but there are still problems with codec.
If you've got a very controlled environment, you should be ok. The hair won't look like it was shot on a Red, it'll look like an HVX shoot. Which still works in many situations.

In an uncontrolled environment (outside, 1hr to set up, short film, while snowing), I had more problems with the gh2 than the HVX (used both). The GH2 codec fell apart before the HVX did. I was using keylight 1.2 in CS3. I needed to push the "clip white" and "clip black" pretty far to get a workable key. For the GH2 footage, this created some blocky artifacts rather quickly. I will need to do some fancy AE tricks to make my GH2 key work. As of now, there are too many artifacts (again, uncontrolled environment, not a very well-lit screen, and lightly snowing).
