gh2 and avid problem

I had the gh1 and it worked just fine with avid never any problem but no when i have the gh2 i cant even import the mts file... the avid just crash when iam trying to import. whats the problem, and when i try to import older mts files from gh1 no problem. Do i need a upgrade of media composer? got 5.0 now on mac.

I had the same issue. I updated the patch to AVID MC 5.0.3.2, and it solved the problem. You will have to install MC 5.3 first, then the patch.
