Gh1's lowlight weakness is discouraging me and letting me lean towards the t2i

pix2pixels, why don't you post a video clip? Stills don't really tell the whole story.

I am not the producer or editor editor of the clip. I'll see if I am allowed to post some short loops. There will be some serious color manipulation in the final product, this is original camera data, and this is only the starting point for the final look.

Get the GH1. Invest in Nikon and m4/3 glass, or maybe Canon FD. Then save up, sell your HMC and the Gh1 and get the AF100 when it comes out....ok that might not be the best plan.

But look it like this. Does the AF100 desirable to you at all? If so, investing in Canon EOS glass that won't work with it is a dumb idea.

EOS lens will not work on a F100 ? Where did you find this info I am not aware of that .

They can be mounted, but at the moment you shoot only wide open, with NO aperture control. There is a cumbersome workaround to lock the aperture, but not really a good solution in production demanding environment.

Good point and I would guess this may hold true for the Ag-F100 but we do not know that there will not be a better work around since no working model now exists to try. In any case I am sticking with good nikon glass to use when the F100 becomes available.
