GH13 GH1 won't turn on after lug fix.

Last saturday my GH1 left lug came off so i googled around to check the cause of the problem. I read a couple of forums and found a site with picture tutorials on how to fix it. Followed everything from start to end but when i was done the camera was not turning on.
Is it possible for panasonic to repair it for me? i bought the camera end of last year.

was it turning on before you opened it with the loose nut? you may have forgotten to conect something.

if it was bought last yr, i would have repaired it under warranty first. i think they are gonna charge you now for diagnosing and fixing. might be cheaper to just buy another gh1
