A LOT of people in the industry also don't know hot to spend money wisely and will just go out and get a Red package because it's the standard and what you do. Some will go out and buy a Red for one feature and then let it collect dust. The GH1 and 7D are amazing, and good enough to shoot a feature on, they just require more messing with and more knowledge of working around their shortcomings.
