GH1 vs GH2 raw picture comparison

Hi People,

I`m pretty happy with my GH13 camera, but with all that chatting about the great video quality in the new GH2 I`m trying to convince myself that I don´t need to buy it...

The GH2 24p videos I see are great, but I live in PAL land and I prefer to shoot 720p50, and I think the Gh13 win there (at least until a hack exist for the GH2)

But I use the camera a lot for photographic work, so its a noticeable quality comparing the old 12Mp GH1 to the new 16Mp GH2?

Does anyone have both cameras and can post a couple of raw files using same lens, distance and camera settings?

its just plain better in low light. no banding (yes photographic banding in RAW). from what i have seen it does a heck of a better job at producing nice grain noise at higher iso than the ugly streaks we get with the gh1. Im talking very usable 3200iso images with lovely natural noise grain. jump over to the getdpi forum m4/3 and have a look at some examples. It's one of the main reasons why I am gonna upgrade to a GH2, just for the cleaner lowlight images.
