Here's a WWII battle re-enactment hosted by the Collings Foundation in Stow, MA.
Please view it here in 720p HD on Vimeo.
Also available here in HD on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12rR7xDUeUE
I filmed it with my Panasonic GH1, kit lens, 720p, Creative Movie Mode: P, Smooth and all settings at zero.
Notes: Unfortunately, I did not have a tripod, but I found the GH1 to be amazingly stable even when zoomed all the way in. I would have like to be more zoomed in but it would have resulted in much more camera shake.
I'm delighted with my GH1 and still learning. Fantastic camera.
I plan to add music, so this is still a rough cut.
