GH1 User needs to convert .mov files

I am a GH1 user and I shot some good footage in the camera's 720p mjpeg format. I understand that I'll have difficulty opening .mov files onto Sony Vegas Movie Studio 10 (which I have). Can anybody recommend to me any website or reliable converter that can convert the .mov file into another suitable format, like .avi, without the footage losing its HD quality?

vegas opens .mov - simple install quicktime
simple need to choose qt version that will be good on your system.
