Hey everybody!
I've been doing some night time lapses recently and discovered that there is something weird going on with my GH1. When time lapsing during the night using a long exposure time, my GH1 sometimes decides to take an extra picture right after it's finished with the long exposure one. I set the camera to bulb mode and use my intervalometer to set the exposure time and interval time. If we take the latest night time lapse I did, I used a 30 second exposure time and a 32 second interval time. This worked great for the most part, but sometimes I would get the occasional extra frame. It doesn't really ruin the time lapse because it's a quick exposure time on the extra frame but it kinda ruins the work flow I have.. Have to go and manually delete all the extra frames and use a batch renamer in order to get them into AE.
I've been thinking this could be a memory card issue, http://www.amazon.com/Patriot-Series-Class-Memory-PSF16GSDHC10/dp/B002TA86C8 this is the card I'm using. Is the card at fault here or is there something else that I'm missing?
