Gh1 questions

Hi, I have a gh1 that I bought recently, I've hacked it.
Now can it do time laps? I can't find mention of it in the manual.
Is there a flash sync cord I can use? I got the panasonic flash and it does not have any connector inputs other than the hot foot. Any links to bh or the like would be awesome.
