GH1 hack stipulations?

Can someone please advise me on where the line is on camera bodies and or firmware updates that keeps the newer GH1s from running the tester 13 firmware?
I plan on buying one of the cameras soon and want to be sure to get the correct version.

its the serial number at the bottom of the camera

there is a post somewhere on here that has done some research into the valid serial number range for hackable GH1 & GF1's, you should check that out.
