I had to use some of my GH1 footage (well, GH13 to be honest) for a Standard Definition video project: short feature, german televison 720x576i. Now, this wasn't planned in the first place but with the help of Final Cut and Cinema Tools, I packed the HD material into a downsized 25p-sequence and exported it. So, I am quite hopeful this will work.
For the future: what would be the best settings to film this kind of stuff in the best way right from the start? Can one define a hack setting for 576 interlaced SD videos? If not which workflow do you suggest?
