GH1 cut with DVXb?

Hey all,

Here's a question for you.

I was thinking of using my GH1 for wide shots only during recitals that I shoot with my DVXb cams.

This would allow me more freedom to get lots of closeups of the kids dancing for the parents as opposed to alternating my two cams between wide and close-up.

Would downconverted GH1 footage cut fairly well with the DVXb?

Pretty busy but give me a week and I'll see what I come up with.

Use the GH1 for close ups. Unless you can stay on the end of your DVX lens at all times, I'd use the DVX as the master. But they'll cut together just fine. I've mixed the HVX with the GH1 and it looks great.
