GH1 Computer Software Control

Hi,

I would like to take some astrophotography pictures with my GH1, and in order to take multiple really long exposures, I would like to control my GH1 with my computer (via usb?). Does anyone know what software I should use? I know you can do this with canons and nikons, so I'm thinking why not with the gh1?

Before a bunch of people go to the trouble of suggesting intervalometers, maybe you should explain that you always have your laptop with you anyway and don't want to have to carry another piece of equipment.
