GH1 AVCHD hack (+ anamorphics)

My apologies for the lame content... shot with;
AVCHD patch settings:
-Native 24p
-Video bitrate adjustment - c)40000000
-Overall bitrate adjustment - c)46000000
-Limiting bitrate adjustment - c)50000000

On a class 6 Panasonic SD card. I was getting peak bitrates of about 32Mbps.

Shutterspeed was all 1/50, ISO was all 100.
No color correction done.

100% crop hacked AVCHD:

No card-speed errors or freezes to report. Worked like a charm, on-camera playback included.

Thanks for sharing your tests. I notice you wrote a "c" before your bitrate settings and I check my Ptool and saw that it's different for the "C" settings

Did you use the C or your own?

Don't have a way (that I'm aware of) to check the bitrates on my Mac yet.

I use a program called MediaInfo Mac.

Haha yeah, the whole lettering thing is super confusing.. these are the 'C' settings from Jobless' thread I think. The same ones Hunter used in his video test, I used them because they worked for him on a Class 6 card and that's all I have at the moment, will try beefier settings soon!

I have a set of LOMO 2x anamorphic lenses that I mount with the Hot Rod PL adapter.

I think that the Hot Rod pl mount adaptor only costs more than the gh1 + kit lens. Let alone the old russian square front Lomo lenses
But this is pure beauty!
