GH1 Arrived Today - A Few Quick Questions

Well, This is in the wrong part of the forum by accident but here's my question...

How do I create a "smooth" setting and adjustments and save it to use at various times?

There is a button on top to the left of the viewfinder with AFS, AFC and MF markings. That's where you can change the focusing to manual or autofocus. The "smooth" mode is the most preferred. Experiment with the settings a bit and find the one that you like the best. The only thing is leave the NR to -2. Also, do not be afraid of shooting 1080p. To me is beautiful. The "mud" nonsense is mostly blown out of proportion. Just move and pan slowly and carefully and it should be ok. Have fun with the GH1. I certainly do.
 
Thanks John! I guess you answered before I moved the post to the main part of the forum.

I knew about that button but after reading the instruction book, I thought it meant that in "Creative" mode, that manual focus button was disabled.
