GH-1 Odd Serial Number

I'm currently looking to buy a GH-1, and they seem to be flying fast. I'm only looking for hackable cameras, and came upon a sale for a camera that claims it is hackable. The serial number it gives starts with FS9. I read that all serials with a "9" as the third number are hackable, but have only really come across that within the WE9 range. Just wondering if anyone knows.

All of the Japanese GH1s that I've seen start with FSxxxxxxx. I live in Tokyo, and they are all FS.
 
As of now all the unhackable gh1's are now hackable. he said the ptool software will be out by next week.
