GH-1 in Barcelona

Hello everybody,
having decided to jump on the GH-1 bandwagon, I'm constantly frustrated by the unavailability of this wonderful camera! I'm looking for a dealer in Barcelona who is carrying the GH-1 and has one in stock *this week*. Any ideas/recommendations/website addresses? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Hey Tom,

Check out at Nivell 10, in Pelai Street, at the upper part of the street near the University and near the Plaça Catalunya. They have the best prices in town and a great stock... can buy it for 11K or less, but don't let them fool you with the SD cards.. don't pay more of 40 EUR for a 16GB Card!.
 
Good suggestion JJrecort. Bought mine here for 1200 euros at Nivell. The first, only and cheapest place I found it in Barcelona. Ordered, waited 1 week... it still didnt come and they gave me the one in the window. Still think its the best price you'll get in Europe, the prices in Zurich were almost 30% more...
 
And I love the camera, so dont obsess on all the comparisons with the 7D. The discussions will go round in circles. It was the best choice for me and I'm delighted.

Themartist, 1200 (including VAT) is a good price.. this is 1034 EUR if you can deduct taxes.

Life Chances.. I have tested the GH1 in the big screen in Zurich, at Condor Films. I was doing the Grading of a feature shoot in Geneva (I was the Editor and VFX) and took the advantatge of being at the Grading suite to blow up some GH1 shots to DPX and grade it on the Big Screen.

I payed for mine, 1150, I buyed directly to Panasonic through a friend of mine who sells hundreds of Panasonics Plasmas and has a good connection with the Panasonic regional office. I ordered the 1st of June the same day that Panasonic included the GH1 in their price list. I wait 2 or 3 weeks, don't remember now.

But Nivell 10 has still a better price!

I recommended the GH1 to a friend of mine and he got it at Nivell10 for 1050 EUR, but they also sold him a 16GB SDHC card for 150 EUR!!! this is why I warned you. He walked out the shop with the GH1 on his hands.

Hi guys!
Unfortunately, no luck with Nivell10, Pixmania, Casanova foto, El Cortes Ingles... the list goes on. Any other ideas? This is getting really frustrating, no GH1 available here...
 
Might have been too slow, my friend just bought 1 of 2 GH1's in stock from Nivell yesterday... you'll have to place an order...
 
I know they have the red model in stock... Did your friend get black+14-140 lens? Was it pre-ordered? That's odd...

Not sure which one she got, but I got the black model... rather black than red, but it doesnt really matter. Just get it...
