I just ordered the GH1 and It'll be arrving in two days.
Now I'm looking for a relatively cheap camera bag that 'll let me fit the camera with the kit lens attached, 1 or 2 Canon FD lenses and adapter and an extra battery.
Any ideas?

Another user of the Lowepro SlingShot bags -- got the 100 before being seriously bitten by the multiple lens bug -- probably should have gotten the 200. Highly recommend these bags.

I have the 200 and like it, though I Have a Pentax dSLR (No v) and my GH1 wedged in right now, so it's a tight fit.

Costco here carries the 200 for about $60. Really good deal.

I'm on day 16 of a documentary shoot and have traveled to 16 cities and probably 20+ flights. My GH-1, lenses, audio gear and netbook all packed neatly into my Sling 200. It's been rock solid. Even took out the built in rain hood today as it was pouring in Vermont. It's my new appendage.

My friend went on a 6 week Asia tour and said it never left his back.

What about a good bag to hold your 15 inch macbook pro along? I've been keeping my eye out for a good bag to hold all my gear.

I just got a Kata DR-467 from Samy's here in Orange County. It is light and can even hold my 17" MacBook Pro along with GH1 and lenses and so on. Back support is good, too. I am quite happy with it, especially with 35% discount and no sales tax special.

Ah sweet I'll have to look into those. Good to hear from people that actually use the product.

I'm using the Ogio atiba mini for my GH1 and most of my gear for it (and my 13" macbook, but it'll fit a 15"..)

I have a friend who is using the bigger version for his HVX, etc...but even the smaller bag can hold 2 HVXs...:D

I like it a lot.

If you prefer a smaller satchel type bag, then look at the Domke FX5B, I used this for my rangefinder gear and it works perfectly for the GH1 and 3 Leica M size lenses, and I'm able to put my wallet and cellphone in the front pocket. My bag is the previous design model, I think they changed the front pockets on the newer model but size remains the same.

I carry this bag around almost everyday as it isn't cumbersome at all and doesn't stand out too much like a slingshot or backpack. You can wear with casual clothes or with a semi-dress look as well and doesn't clash.

Things that I used to carry in this bag. Epson R-D1s rangefinder and lenses or Canon 5D with a prime and another lense (way too heavy for daily carry), now carrying GH1 with 3 Leica M mount lenses.
