Hi guys,

i made some lightloss comparsions between the Canon Ee-S, Nikon D, custom made glass gg and selfmade wax-gg's. But see for yourself.

Hi Daniel,

Can you elaborate on this? I understand the 'self-made' gg. Is this just gg made by someone else, possibly to your specs?

Hi Paul,

this is my own selfmade wax-gg's from my tutorial. I build the wax-gg's with different thicknesses to see the lightloss. I made a 0.05mm also and its little brighter than the Nikon D screen.

Interesting stuff! Can you make something for my full-sized, B4-mount, Sony 2/3" 16:9 DSR450? Would love to put 35mm Nikkors on my 2/3" Fujinon somehow. No one makes a Nikon F-mount to B4-mount adapter (distance too thin to fit an adapter in I think).
 
Hey Dan, I was wondering about your light loss tests. I'm considering adding the Anamorphic adapter 9instead of selling it) to the front of my 35mm adapter (w/ canon FD lenses) and I'm worried about light loss.. how did you conduct your tests? i wanna give it a go before I commit to putting the adapter on...
