GF1 update problem, need hlep!

Hei Guys. I have a GF1 in Japanese in version 1.1 , and I updated the firmware to 1.22 by using ptool 3.36. I selected Chinese Simplified as the language, by egnoring the message " Chinese charactor missing". the result tures it shows nothing in languages places and I cannot update to origenal version of 1.2. It basically do not jump out the selection bar at all. I am a new fish in Firmware hacking, so need geeks help. thx.
 
I would use the latest ptool 3.50d when hacking. I just hacked mine using the 3.4 and upgraded to the newest now, so I don't have any experience with the older ptool.
 
I tried that, it showed nothing when i pressed the review button for updating the firmware. How I can redo the update, or is there anyone meet the similar problem?
