Getting no audio into dvx100a: anyone else?

Yup, that's right!
It worked 2 days ago fine and then...
I'm getting no audio through XLR, Line, or on board mic.
It plays back previously recorded audio fine.
And yes, I triple checked my inputs and mic vs. line, etc.
Has this happened to any other user?
I just am out of warranty (I'm very afraid) and want to know if this has happened often or not to folks.
Thanks.

not able to monitor audio? OR not able to record audio? If you can't monitor audio, check the volume control. or,if you are not recording audio, check the audio dials for channels 1 and 2 and make sure they are not potted down all the way.Other than that, I dont know waht else it could be.

The only audio menu setup options (to my knowledge) are:
-the level meter for display (ON)
-MIC ALC (mic level auto)
-MIC GAIN -50 or -60
-32K or 48K

I don't really see much else...

Both, not able to record or monitor. aaargh!
I just did another record check using the on-board, a lavalier, and a line-in.
No sound recorded or monitored.
But I did playback an interview tape that I recorded 2 days ago and it did have sound for playback.

A hardware reset can't really hurt at this stage. Likely, won't help either, but its certainly worth a try.

Reset the camera and make sure your input levels and pot levels are set. If the problem persist you may have to send it to a autho/panny/serv/cent.

Simple test: set CH1 input to INT, and CH2 input to INT. Make sure the audio meters are displayed in the viewfinder. Set the potentiometers at middle position (top dead center). Then talk into the microphone. Do the levels move? Does it show audio? If not, there's definitely something physically wrong with the camera.
