Getting much sharper SD results from your HD footage

Thats interesting......moves towards realtime capture again which I hate having bought HD EX3 for getting away from the step of capturing.

Worth experimenting with a workflow to see how much time it would be including burning the resulting file to DVD

i will definintely give this a try, as dvd output for me is pita... though i get pretty much good results now by encoding straight from hdtv mpeg to sd dvd with carbon coder, but it still could be better...

am i doing something wrong? i installed everything, though PP keeps saying unsupported file format and there is NONE documenation on that avisynth pluging arrrrgh!

what version of windows and premiere are you running? Are you importing the .avs file? And have you completely exited and reopened premiere since you installed the plugin?

ok, i found out that premiere plugin installed install into wrong directory, now i can import
avs, but when i try to put it on timeline, pp crashes...
