getting a crisp 4:3 shot

can the hvx shoot 4:3 using the DV50 codec say at 50fps (pal) for a high quality tv look.. i know that its native 16:9..and there is a choice to shoot 4:3 in SD resolutions.. what settings would most of you use if u wanted a high quality tv look at 4:3
