So if I'm going to pull my 720p60 footage into a 24P timeline for some nice smooth slo-motion singing, how much faster should my music my artist is singing play at?
I can even shoot 720p60 at 80% with the Variable speeds, how much faster should my song be then? It's simple math I know, but I'm worried about messing it up a touch then wasting my day.
I'm going to take the song into Adobe Premiere, then speed it up to the two options I've posted above, and re-export for playback. I've only got a couple hours to do this. Anyone?
EDIT: So according to Barry's charts, if I decide to shoot 720p60 then re-integrate it back into a 24P timeline, my music needs to be 2.5x faster. I'm guessing shooting in this mode, I don't have to shoot at 80%, and I can still have audio being recorded at 720p60, which makes audio sync a lot easier than bumping my variable down to 80% and then losing audio. Thoughts?
