I got these 3 books because Shane Hurlbut recommend them and I learn a lot about composition through them.
Here's the first one: http://www.amazon.com/Filmmakers-Eye.../dp/0240812174
This will teach you the basics like terms. But the great thing is that it gives you examples from movies.
The next 2 are both master shots: http://www.amazon.com/Master-Shots-V...er+shots+vol+1
http://www.amazon.com/Master-Shots-S...er+shots+vol+1
These books will give you different genre and situation and show you what are some types of shots you can do to achieve the desire effect.
They all cost about $18 each which will equate to: $54
I'll sell it to you for $40 with shipping on me. They are in good conditions. Master shots have really teach me a lot.
