Great fun! GAME the feature film by Geoff Barrow's 'Invada Records UK' has the trailer released today. I did a lot to help build this film. Gaffer with help from Joe. DOP and rigs on 'car day' when the Golf was drivable. Bcamera operator and also much second unit of trees and chasing down a pheasant!

Ross was Acam with the fx9, mainly autofocus on his 70-200, I was on a sony (a7 something when Bcam) either with a lens I forgot or my nikkor 50mm which made many shots in the film.

When I shot B unit that was my C200 or canon R6. stigma 18-35 and nikkor 50.

My F21 and ap600 were the main lights , boosted with my three godox 200s to make a bit more punch in the night time forest. Sidus did some indicator flashing and I rigged the crashed car to run off the mains as the battery was removed for safety.

Working on set from vomit to hangings to car crashes and burning warewolves.. Ive never really considered disturbing! Just how to sell the stunt using light movement and camera.

When burning a warewolf it is best to brightly light and ND down so your fire does not clip.

Short film 'Bound' which I a/c in 2012 (cant find) was genuinely horrid with a stabbing scene

On set I was considerned with the viscocity of the blood. The actual watch is horrid.

Game.. its not too bad?

Ha good to see Jason Williamson from Sleaford Mods in it, being from Nottingham. Also Geoff Barrow producing - love Portisheasd and Beak. Both these people are music royalty here in the UK.
Trailer looks pro and interesting. Can Jason act? Is this due for cinema release or streaming?

Yes JW is pretty great. And GB had minimal but important input. (as well as smoke diffusion wobble board and buying chips/curry) - GB was on the monitor ('Henman Hill' at the side of the location) and would just pop onto set and demand five takes when he thought something was important!

Im well aware they are royalty and that is why this film might become 'a thing'

I guess it has a run of indy cinemas.. buest to follow https://www.instagram.com/invadafilms/?hl=en

and probably then will stream.

The first edit I saw was a little wooly .. but hopefully it will be tight by the time reviewers get on it.

For DVXers only!

GBs view from Henman Hill, My atomos and black tragic switcher mainly got signal from the remote senders on an and B camera. The atomos then fed to the larger monitor.
