Genus Follow Focus & Shoulder Mount

I've heard some good things about the follow focus. It has a quick release, gear flip and reverse gear, which is pretty impressive for $900. The only thing it's missing is hard stops, but you'd need to spend somewhere around $1700 for an Arri MFF-1 or a Chrosziel with Varilock to get hard stops in your follow focus.
