I have a generic 1.33x Anamorphic Lens Adapter for sale. It screws onto your existing lens and allows you to shoot in the 2.37:1 aspect ratio. The adapter has 52mm threads. The lens comes with 2 step rings. The first is a 46mm-52mm, which I used with a Panasonic 20mm lens. The other came with the adapter, and I'm not exactly sure of the sizes. It has two steps, I think probably 48mm and 42mm, and it goes to 52mm to attach to the adapter. You can also purchase other step rings to make this adapter usable on pretty much any lens.
The way the lens is designed the lens turns independently from the threads. When using this lens it's a good idea to line it up correctly and then use a small piece of gaff tape to keep it in place. Alternatively, spinning the lens while shooting can lead to some trippy dreamy effects, which can be fun to play with.
I'm looking to get $320 shipped in the US. If it's not gone by next week I'll be posting it on ebay. Here's some pictures of the adapter and footage shot with the lens:
