Generating/sending a newsletter

Okay, here's the rub.

I need to do a bit of adverting for the company. I want to "target" Indie film-makers. But I want to make sure people do NOT look at what I am doing as "Spam".

I will spend the time to customize and make it personal to each production company. But my list of companies consists of maybe 20 individuals?

Indie-Arms is expanding in leaps and bounds on what we can offer to film. But I need to get the word out there.

I used to use THESE guys for an eNewsletter, and the only reason I don't still is that I no longer have that newsletter.

The cool thing here is that you create your newsletter as a page of your website, and then their server embeds, from your link, the HTML code and emails the newsletter to your contact list. When recipients open it, assuming they can open email as HTML, it appears just as your web page. There's a text-only backup that's avaialable for folks with ancient email access.

Using a provider like that, too, means that you get your own return email address on it, and can put your newsletter title in the subject line. Plus, each person sees it as an email to him/her, instead of sent to a list of lots of folks.
