This is something I put together a few years ago on the DVX100... I think I was 15 at the time. Come to think of it, it was probably my first video.

I only have a medium-low quality version since my old comp crashed.

Effects done with photoshop, no AE. A trampoline and ski poles were used as VFX stunt objects.

Pretty much all there is to it... 'hope you enjoy...

But it was definitely worth it, I enjoy every film I work on no matter how sluggish the process.
