G35 for sale

Actually, the beta units are a lot less of a hot commodity now. They are pretty cool, however! (I have one...)

The trade-in value is only $500, and since you can buy a production unit soon, there's no reason not to wait, though.
 
actually, i have thought about how funny it would be if I sold my place in line.

there's some guys who are putting off projects because they want to shoot with the G35. So I imagine they are under a huge amount of stress right now. I have the #11 spot in line (#1 if you take away the 1-10 spots reserved for beta testers)

i'm not in a huge hurry to get mine, maybe someone would buy my spot off me for like $50. hahaha

Are you serious about selling your slot for 50 bucks? if you are then I am definitely interested, but I need to know what specs you asked for (i.e Lens mount/camcorder thread size)
 
On the G35 forum I've been offered to buy people's place in line.

All this seem crazy seeing as they haven't even released footage from their production model and it is a drastically different design from their beta.

i seem to remeber the G35 was supossed to come in under 999.....

Too bad. And they took to long. I Already bought a Sg35 for 1/3 the price a month ago.
 
The G35 is $999 then you buy your choice of Camera mount and choice of lens mount.

The cam and lens mounts vary in price depending on the manufacture's price.

It is getting pricy though. A set up is looking at about 1300-1400 bucks.

It seems that's how much a pro system is costing to make.

What I don't understand is why in the entire USA they can't find a manufacturer of their product that can keep up with their demand. (50 units? 200 units? and no more orders until their ready?- look at the math....200 units at 1000 bucks each...still can't find some one to make them? smells strange)

Time to outsource to china.

I would rather pay a few hundred dollars more for somthing made in the united states
then somthing out sourced to china, india, or wherever. Like walmart, out sourcing has done nothing but put the real savings in rich cats fat assed pockets, and left the working person with empty ones, and no jobs. Sorry had to add my 2 cents. Impressed that the cinemek people are trying to stay state side. sorry.

well yea, but like... make it 1299 and include a camera mount and a Lens mount... ( choice of which ever you wnt of course) like why would you sell a GG in a tube.... then say, oh yea to make it work you need this and this.... for 100$ each. just include it in the price.
