FYI: Sennheiser and Rode mic sale right now

Senn mke-600 $279, mkh-416 $879, mke-400 $169, Rode VideoMic Pro $189. I've been looking to pick up the Senn mke-600 and that's a good opportunity; I wasn't going to buy the 416, but I wonder if this is a good enough price, or is it better to try used on ebay etc.?

Most vendors 'asking' price for a 416 is $999, but many will usually let it go for $900 if you ask. So that's a decent deal. You will have to supply/hire the booming skill though.
