FYI AVCHD on Final Cut

i saw this earlier, i think is a great tool for doing simple edits on FCP... or SDE's (same day edits)
Thanks clipwrap!!!

Is this limited to FCP, or could it potentially be used with other popular editors? Certainly looks a great tool.

for my understanding, this program wraps the video and makes it look like h264 quicktime (like the one coming from the 5DMKII ) is a better workflow because you can just drop it on the timeline. However, if you want to do color grading, corrections or filters... then it will take a long time to render, so you might want to export to some other kind of quicktime (not h264, but something that has independent frames) and then do color grading and apply filters...

My guess is, if you can work with native .264 files (like the 5DMKII ones) then this should work on your edittor... Premier Pro maybe!!!
