Metabones.

I bought a more expensive one made by Hot Rod Camera. I own a cheapo one I bought off eBay. The Metabones is the best of the three.

A consideration is the style of mount. Meaning, there are some mounts that secure the entire adapter to where it cannot have play in it, the adapter having a section that locks it to the camera body. I’ve always wanted one like that but those style of mounts usually require using a top-plate made to go with the adapter. I have not felt it necessary to use an adapter that secures to the body with a mounting point in addition to mounting at the lens port.

I have long wished someone would produce an adapter that has an outer screw-ring making it possible to screw the adapter tight against the outer edge of the lens-port, preventing any play / wiggle.
