Hi everybody, i'm trying to find a FWS-01 for my HVX as my firewire port has gotten weaker over the course of its life. I went up on internet (and specialy here) to come across someone who invented that thing called the FWS-01 that seems to use the phone jack to ... Balance or act as an anti-wiggle to the firewire port and would help prevent breaking or loosing of it. I thought the idea was wonderful and for 25$ it was totaly worth it but upon trying to purchase the thing. it says that the receiver of the paypal account cant cash in money which makes me wonder if he's still making those little things. the posts that ive found were 3 years old so...
I was wondering if anyone had the FWS01, thought it was working good, knew if the guy still make those babies and where to get them considering this site:
http://www.siniarchproductions.com/lsdsgn/fws01.htm
didn work for me.
i was also wondering if a similar product existed (in the case that the fws-01 is not on the market anymore)
thanks for the help!
