FW drive OnTheGo and dvcpro50

Hi all.
Since to me high def from HVX will be unusefull for a while, I have a couple of questions regarding dvcpro50:

Regardless of the (obviously interesting) plus coming from 4:2:2 scheme, lighter compression, 16/9 nativeness, and minus coming from eventual lower sensitivity, will be there some kind of difference in terms of resolved lines from a DVX? In other terms, will the 940x540 (+pixel shift) imager on the HVX gives some kind of advantage about perceived resolution when recording SD?

Anybody knows if copying dvcpro50 files OTG on a FW selfpowered drive will take longer times over 720 or 1080 ones? How long will take with veryfying to download an 8gb card?

Thanks
Alvise

ps sorry administrators I posted this before on "HVX news"

Dvcpro50 is the main format i'm working with for SD broadcast in europe (uk) etc.
As DvcPro50 is half the data of DvcProHD your transfer is the same but you get twice as much storage.

I used to love dvcpro50 over dv. But I'm talking about SDX900. Are you experienced in dvcpro50 from the HVX? Is there an VISIBLE difference compared to well shot DVX, PD150, XL2 footage?
Cheers
