Funny Sexy Seafood Ads

Hello fellow dvxers. I can't say enough how great this forum is. If filmmaking is a flesh wound then DVXUSER is the morphine. Here are three ads done with dvx100A. Would love to here feedback negative and positve. But mostly negative...Let me know if the links play alright. I'm still learning which compression stuff to use, so any comments or suggestions there will shurley help. Glad to answer any questions...long live panasonic...

those were funny and well done but im not sure that they made me hungry for seafood. how did you get the rights to use the music?
 
Hehe. Buddy of mine got married in Destin couple years back...think I went there. Good food. Good Fish. Good Fun. Nice shots
 
they are for a small local cable access show. which no one will see. so the music wansn't so much of a problem. Although I used a diff song than yellow sub for the crab ad... thanks for the come back
 
Very well done spots. The crab one was my favorite. Great editing and transitions. How many takes did that poor little guy go through? :)
 
I had about ten crabs and a cooler full of fresh salt water which I keep refreshing throughout the shoot. When one got tired I'd let em rest and grab a fresh one. They were mean little guys, not my fav type of actors....I got pinched once or twice, but it was great fun......thanks for watching....
 
I liked the second 2 the best, but I agree about tightening them up, if even just as an exercise.

The first one looked great, but (IMHO) sex is easy. The other 2, while having the same basic concept (the seafood coming to the restaurant willingly) were much more clever.

The overall production value on all 3 spots seemed very pro, IMO
 
the chick would look hotter in slow motion.... similar to a doritos ad i saw a while back...

ditto on making them all into 30s. great ideas. just kinda slow..
