This is a little video that is going to make the intro for a wedding I've shot last week. The reason for me to include this video is that this was kind of the last party for Sabrina and Steph, 10 days before their wedding. Those were fun times for all of us, (including yours truly, the steadycam operator/director), as you can see by yourself by right-click-and-saving here.
Beware: you must have Quicktime 7 for this clip. But you will see why I am very enthusiastic about the H.264 codec (13MB total, for almost 3 minutes of high quality video (I mean, the picture quality, not the content..., which is questionable at best
), extremely faced paced video, as far as I am not blind
). so I think now is a good time for you to get QT7 (now available for PCs too). This video was my ultimate test for this new codec (H.264), and I have to admit I am completly overwhelmed about it. I can't think of any other codec out there, able of producing such quality at such a low cost in terms of bandwith. Can you? This is especially true with fast-paced video clips like this one...
FYI, hardware was : DVX100 (of course) and steadycam "Aigle Complet" (the model for heavy cameras, up to 20lb...).
Comments welcome, as usual.
