Fun 10 second promo for Open golf activity

This is a 10 second spot (as part of a series of three) I produced for HSBC which will be run on screens in New York and London during the Open golf championship (no audio) . It was shot on a 101 with a Tokina 11-16mm and a Nikon 50mm F1.4.

Looks nice but I really dont understand the edit sequence with the close up strike of the ball preceding the wide shot of the swing?

ie...we see the ball struck twice !

Maybe the audio has the clue to this.

I know what you mean Shooter. This ten second clip is from a series of different clips with different people trying to get out of the bunker. We used the same opening shot on all for consistency, with the HSBC balls being splashed out of the bunker. We could of easily gone straight into the shot - but when you series the series of clips together, the opening shot 'works'. I'll be using the the 101 at the Open golf championship next week with a Ninja so I'm really excited about getting some great footage from it. Hope you're doing well. Sparky

Perhaps a slightly odd sequence of shots, but it looks nice, as does your Handling Highlights video (really nice!).
