I havent been on DVXUSER in a few years since I got out of video, but if you check my history youll see I am an actual person. I sold my DVX100a and some other stuff through here, with no problems. I have a professionally used apple Dual 2.7 Powermac G5 Tower with a huge suite of audio and video tools. I bought this new from apple, it was the top of the line in every way, has many upgrades.
This was the last tower before they switched to intel, so keep that in mind.
Not that it matters but this computer was used for a number of national commercials, music videos that have aired on MTV and MTV2 and MTV UK, as well as creating the effects for Chad Vader.
I have just replaced it with an imac, because I no longer need the power of this beast.
I have just installed dual brand new hard drives(Western Digital Caviar Blue WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s includes 3 year manufacturers warranty) and a brand new optical drive(Pioneer DVR-118L), the old ones were still working fine but I want to make sure this computer gives the new owner as much life as I got from it.
This package for computer and software was over $8000 new.
There are some cosmetic scuffs and marks on the side of the tower from where it rubbed against my desk legs.
