Hello, we are a small production house focused on the Corporate/Industrial market. We are currently looking for a Production Manager. The position is full time with some weekend work required.
The Production Manager will be involved in all the day-to-day operations of the company and responsible for making sure that projects are completed on time. Responsibilities include conducting preplan meetings with clients, creating project quotes, scheduling production, arranging rentals as needed, preproduction, directing multi-camera and single camera shoots, camera operator for single camera shoots, setup and lighting for
shoots, editing with clients (including any graphics, compositing, and
audio mixing needed), DVD authoring, encoding videos for the web,
duplication, researching, recommending, and purchasing equipment,
installing equipment, and computer maintenance. The Production Manager will also work with the owner to help with marketing, developing and implementing employee
policies, and developing new services and pricing.
The Production Manager should demonstrate good management skills, excellent customer service, Adaptability, and a desire to keep up to date with evolving technologies.
Must be proficient with the Adobe Production Premium bundle including Adobe Premiere CS3, Photoshop CS3 and Encore CS3, Adobe After Effects CS3 and Flash CS3. Additional experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows Media Encoder, and Microsoft FrontPage preferred.
Minimum 4 year college level degree in video and 5 years experience required. Please send resume and demo reel to
