SOLD I am liquidating some of my gear, I need to finance my post, and the adoption my wife and I are concluding this month.
This is a full system and includes the following:
18" Carbon rods
Dual handgrips with two spacings for rods
Matte box support
Baseplate with riser / *** broken *** see paragraph at end
Shoulder support the 3 way adjustable one.
Accessory box
Mono support with strap (strap rivet is broken, but an enterprising fellow can fix that pretty quick)
The riser broke under the hefty weight of my XL2 and gear at my last shoot, the place where you screw in the support is stripped out. Now you can handle this two ways, you could simply fix the riser in place to the rail connection and JB weld it, which is what I would do if I kept it. The DVX or A1 won't overload the riser like my XL2, or you could just buy a new rail connection from CaVision, you wouldn't need the whole deal, the riser and baseplate are fine its just the rail connection. They even make a heavy duty one if you have concerns.
So. I paid over $600 in dribs and drabbles for this setup. It's a sick sweet setup for as little money as I paid for it and it is practically new. The only thing really wrong is the rail connection to the riser. I'd like to keep it, but I need the money, don't we all?
