Fujinon TV lens on AF100?

Forgive me if this is a dumb idea, but I have an old JVC DV500 camcorder lying around and wondered if there is anyway I can use the lens off it with the AF102? I read somewhere of a guy who has an adapter for using B4 lenses, but this lens is 1/2" mount (B4?). Of course I would use it as a manual lens.

Does such an adapter exist and would this lens cover the sensor?

The B4 adapters for M43 come in two types - one had a doubler in it (and was very expensive) and one was just a dumb B4 mount (cheap).

There have been a number of threads on this - I can't remember the exact ones - but Editman contributed (you may also want to check his site) as he uses a B4 on his AF101. Try searching in the GH2 and AF100 forums, as people were experimenting with both cameras and B4 lenses in 2010/2011.

Also do a search on Vimeo, that might give you some hints too.

If the lens you've got does not have a X2 doubler, it'll porthole and you won't cover the sensor. I don't know if the JVC is a B4 - you might want to check it's serial number.

Also, all of the B4 lens used were for 2/3" cameras. I don't think 1/2" is going to be big enough, even with a doubler
